Adjustments can be made based on personal preference:
4 bell peppers -sliced (choose colors for a festive appearance)
10 Johnsonville Brats
2 large onions - sliced
6 Cans or 4 bottles of your choice beer (WI folks prefer Miller products)

Directions:
Directions:
Place brats, beer, and onions into slow cooker @ 200º (low heat). Slow cook for 4 fours (the longer they cook, the better the flavor).
Slice bell peppers while brats are cooking. Place peppers on tin foil. Lightly add extra virgin olive oil over peppers. Salt and pepper to taste. Tightly close tin foil and place in refrigerator until brats are done cooking.
Place cooked brats and bell peppers on grill (peppers remain in tin foil). Grill brats and bell peppers for about 15 minutes.
Place brats and peppers into hot dog buns…add ketchup and mustard for taste. Ready to serve!
