1 1/2 lbs deli roast beef (or ham) - diced
2 T mayonnaise
2 T parsley flakes
2 T diced onions
1 T creamy horseradish
8 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
1 small bag of chopped walnuts (or nuts of choice)
Townhouse or Ritz crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Mix in large bowl: meat, mayonnaise, parsley flakes, diced onions, creamy horseradish, and cream cheese until thoroughly mixed.
Place chopped walnuts onto tin foil. Remove mixture from bowl and roll over the walnuts until completely covered. Shape mixture into a log.
Wrap tin foil tightly over log and place in refrigerator for 2 hours.
Remove from refrigerator when ready to serve. Place on serving dish with crackers.
