2 lbs. crabmeat
1/2 c. minced green onion
1Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 c. Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
1 egg, lightly beaten
1Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
1/2 tsp. pepper
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsps. butter
Lemon wedges
Chive & Dill Mayonnaise (Recipe included)

Drain crabmeat and set aside. Saute' green onion in hot oil in a nonstick skillet eight minutes or until tender. Stir together grren onion mixture, breadcrumbs, egg and next five ingredients. Gently fold in crabmeat. Shape mixture into 14 (2 1/2 inch) cakes (about 1/3 cup for each cake.) Place on an aluminum foil-lined baking sheet; cover and chill at least one hour or up to eight hours.
Melt butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add crab cakes and cook, in two batches if needed, four to five minutes on each side until golden. Drain on paper towels. Serve with a squeeze of lemon and chive and dill mayonniase.
