½ c. milk (with 1 tsp of vinegar added)
¾ c. butter, soft
1 ½ tsp. soda
1 ½ tsp. vanilla
½ tsp. soda
1 ½ c. ripe bananas (3)
2 ¼ c. flour
3 eggs

Mix together and pour in well greased 9x13 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 40-45 min. or until toothpick comes out of the center of the cake clean.
