2.5 lbs. of your favorite chicken pieces
2 c. flour
3 eggs
1pt. vegetable oil
5 pkgs. furikake
4c. shoyu
2c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1. beat 4 eggs
2. take your favorite chicken pieces and run it through egg
3. then cover chicken with flour
4. fry chicken in vegetable oil until golden brown
5. remove chicken from oil and let stand for 2 minutes
6. place chicken in shoyu/sugar mixture for 40 seconds
7. remove chicken from shoyu mixture and sprinkle with furikake
