8 slices bacon, crisply cooked
1 medium tomato, seeded
1 medium onion
3 ounces Swiss cheese, finely grated
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon basil
1 can (10 oz) refrigerated flaky biscuits

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Coarsely chop bacon, tomoato and onion. Mix together all ingredients except biscuits. Set aside. Seperate each biscuit in 3 thinner biscuits. Lay each biscuit over a Mini Muffin Pan cup. Using a tart shaper dipped in flour, press each biscuit into cup. Fill cups with bacon mixture. Baker 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
