Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2-3 lb beef roast (boneless & cheapest)
1 pkg Lipton Onion Soup Mix
1 jar of sliced mild banana peppers
Hoagie Rolls
Sliced Cheese(we love Swiss or provolone)

Directions:
Directions:
Put roast, soup mix, peppers(with juice), and enough water to just cover the roast into a crock pot. It sounds like it would be spicy but it is not. It is hotter if you use WHOLE banana peppers with the seeds. Cook on low 8 hours till the meat falls apart. I start it at night if I want it for lunch the next day. Shred the roast then layer it on the Hoagie Rolls and top with cheese. We love to dip the sandwich in the juice!! YUM!! This type of sandwich doesn't need mayo or miracle whip.
