2-3 c. frozen french fries 1 dozen eggs
1 1/2 c. shredded cheese other toppings as desired
Directions:

Spray 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray. Place fries in bottom of pan. Mix eggs together and spread on top of fries. Top with cheese and other ingredients (bacon, sausage, etc.) as desired.
