One pie crust, Cinnamon and Sugar

1. Roll out the pie crust, and pre-heat the oven to the temperature recommended for your pie crust on the packaging/in your recipe.
2. In a bowl, blend together sugar and cinnamon in a ratio based on personal preference for cinnamon.
3. Spread out cinnamon/sugar mix over the piecrust, covering completely and evenly.
4. Roll the pie crust back up, creating a log.
5. Slice the pie crust roll into pieces about an inch thick and place on a baking sheet.
6. Bake in the oven for about 5 minutes, or until the outer crust is golden.
7. Let cool, and then enjoy!
