1 cup Oil
2 cup Sugar
2 cup grated Zucchini
1 teas Baking Soda
1 teas Salt
3 teas Cinnamon
1/4 teas Baking Powder
3 teas Vanilla
1/2 cup nuts chopped
3 cup Flour
Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, sugar and oil. Add zucchini and dry ingredients. Add vanilla and nuts. Bake at 325º for 1 hour. Makes 2 loaves
