1/2 cup Mustard
1/2 cup Vinegar
1 Egg
1/3 cup Sugar
dash of Salt

Directions:
Directions:
In jar mix mustard and vinegar. Beat egg and in top of double boiler, stir in sugar, egg and mustard mixture. Cook over hot (not boiling) water stiring constantly till mixture thickens. Before serving, add mayonnaise equal to mustard mixture. Example: 1 cup mixture to 1 cup mayonnaise
