1 cup dry white beans, (pre-soaked)
2 qts water or chicken broth
2 chorizos, diced in 1/4" slices
About 6 small pieces of pork fat
1/2 lb cured ham (chopped)
1/4 cup green pepper (chopped)
1 poblano pepper (chopped)
1 onion (finely chopped)
1 Tbsp garlic (minced)
1 Tbsp tomato sauce
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 small turnips, chopped
2 cups fresh collard greens, chopped
1 potato (peeled and chopped into 1/2” chunks)

Directions:
Directions:
In a crock pot, add all ingredients.
Cook on low, until beans are tender, about 4-6 hrs.
Serve with Cuban bread.
