1 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
1 clove garlic or garlic salt
1 1/2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. butter
3/8 c. flour
salt and pepper
2 1/4 c. milk
3/4 c. grated cheddar cheese or Velveeta
3/8 lb. lobster, cooked
1/4 lb. crab, cooked
3/8 c. shrimp, cooked
1/2 lb. scallops, cooked
1/4 c. bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions, celery, garlic in 1.5 tbsp. butter.
Separately melt 1/4 c. butter and stir in flour, salt and pepper.
Cook over medium heat for 2 minutes.
Slowly add milk and cook until thickened.
Stir in cheese and cook until melted.
Add onion mixture and cooked seafood: lobster, crab, shrimp, scallops.
Mix well.
Place in greased casserole dish.
Cover with bread crumbs.
Bake for 30 minutes in 350 degree oven.
