8 oz. Cheddar Cheese- shredded
1/2 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
Couple shakes of Onion Powder
Pinch of Lawry’s Season Salt
1/2 tsp. Liquid Smoke
1/2 tsp. Rice Vinegar
3 oz. La Victoria Hot Fire Roasted Jalapenos

It’s best to make this the day before you need it in order to let the flavors blend.

Combine the ingredients in a large mixing bowl.

Serve it as a spread on crackers, flat or pita breads, celery, or on burgers. I’m even going to try it on grilled cheese sandwiches.
