Bacon Fried Brussels Sprouts w/Sauce Recipe

½ lb bacon, diced
1 small onion, diced
1 ½ pints Brussels sprouts, cut length wise

Sauce:
¾ c. water
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp hot pepper jam
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
Fry together bacon and onion, set aside.

Place cut side down in bacon grease. Season with garlic salt & pepper. Fry until well done. (You may need to cover the sprouts to soften)

Sauce - Bring to a boil, turn heat back a little bit & let it reduce to a glaze/sauce. Pour over Brussels sprouts & top with bacon & onions.
