1 large package of Oreo cookies
4 Tbsp butter, softened
1 8oz. pkg of cream cheese, softened
1 cup Confectioner's sugar
12 oz. Cool Whip
2 small pkgs French Vanilla (or Vanilla) instant pudding
3½ cups milk
Gummy Worms (optional)

Directions:
Crumb the Oreo cookies in blender or food processor and set aside.

Cream together the butter, cream cheese, and confectioner's sugar, and set aside.

Mix together the Cool Whip, instant pudding and milk, until well blended.

Mix together the Cool Whip mixture with the butter/cream cheese mixture. This is the 'Wet Mix'.

Layer the Wet Mix and the cookies, finishing with the cookies on top.

Garnish with gummy worms!

Refrigerate.
