2 c canned corn (drained)
¾ c red bell pepper, diced
⅓ c chopped green onion
½ Tbsp chopped cilantro
1 (15 oz) can black beans, rinsed and drained
¼ c red wine vinegar
½ tsp chili powder
1 tsp sugar
2 tsp oil
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp ground cumin
½ tsp black pepper
Dash of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine corn, bell pepper, onion, cilantro and beans in a bowl. Combine vinegar and remaining ingredients. Drizzle over corn mixture. Cover and chill for 30 minutes.
