2 Eggs, beaten
1 - 15 oz. can Cream Style Corn
1 - 8 oz. Sour Cream
¼ c. Butter, melted
1 - 15.25 oz. can Whole Kernel Corn, drained
1 ½ c. Cheddar Cheese, shredded
½ c. Onion, chopped
1 - 4 oz. can Diced Green Chillies, drained
1 - 8.5 oz. pkg dry Corn Muffin Mix

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º. Grease a 2 qt casserole dish.

Combine eggs, creamed corn, sour cream, melted butter. Stir in whole corn, cheese, onions and chillies. Stir in corn muffin mix until just moistened.

Bake for 75 min or until an inserted knife comes out clean and the top is golden.

Let stand for 5 mins before serving.
