• 12 stuffer button mushrooms
• 1 tsp butter
• ½ cup diced sweet onions
• 1 Tosp minced garlic
• 4 oz cream cheese
• ¼ tsp garlic powder
• ¼ tsp salt and pepper each
• ¼ cup freshly grated parmesan
• ¼ cup freshly grated gruyere
• Garnish with parsley

Directions:
Directions:
1. Wash mushrooms, remove stems.
2. Saute onions with butter and garlic for 3-5 minutes on low to medium heat in a skillet.
3. Add garlic powder and salt and pepper
3. turn the pan to low and add the cream cheese and gruyere and most of the parm (reserving some to sprinkle on the top) and mix until all is melted and incorporated.
4. Remove mixture from stove, allow to cool and store in fridge for 1-2 hours.
5. After, fill each mushroom center evenly and place in a preheated oven on 350 F for 20-25 min - with a low broil for the last 3-5 minutes to add a nice crispy top to them.
6. Remove and garnish with remaining parmesan and parsley.
