¼ cup soy sauce
¼ cup pineapple juice
2 Tbsp brown sugar
½ tsp ground ginger
1 Tbsp lemon juice
5 dashes Tabasco sauce
1 clove garlic, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Baste or marinate uncooked chicken in sauce 1 – 3 hours, depending on how strong you want the marinade to be. Bake or grill marinated chicken until cooked through.
