1 medium zucchini
1 tsp oil
3 T soy sauce, or coconut aminos
1 tsp minced onion
pinch of garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Slice zucchini into 1/2" slices. Combine with remaining ingredients in a plastic bag and shake til combined. Lay zucchini in a single layer on the rack 2" from heat source and grill or fry 3 minutes on each side. Turn with a spatula. It's great on the grill!
