1 16OZ BAG FROZEN PEAS AND CARROTS
1 12OZ CHOPPED HAM ( PREFER CHOPPED NOT DICED HAM)
3 T SOY SAUCE

1-HEAT UP IN LARGE SKIPPET OR WOK, VEGETABLE OIL OVER MEDIUM HEAT UNTIL SIMMERING
2-SCRAMBLE EGGS AND ADD TO HOT OIL STIR QUICKLEY SO NOT TO BURN EGGS, ADD HAM AND CONTIUNE TO COOK UNTIL HAM IS HOT
SET ASIDE
3-SAUTE' VEGETABLES IN SAME SKILLET, COOKE UNTIL TENDER ABOUT 3 MINUTES
4-ADD RICE, AND SOY SAUCE STIR INTO COOKED VEGETABLES MIX WELL AND COOK AND HEATED THROUGH
5-FINISH OFF WITH EGGS AND GREEN ONIONS

STIR TO COMBINE

ADD MORE SOY SAUCE TO YOUR LIKING
