salt 2g I seasoned to taste
chili flakes - I did not use
oregano 2 g 2 tsps dried I used to taste

butter - 2 T
lemon juice 3 oz I used just a little

Directions:
Directions:
Put cabbage in microwave for about 5 minutes. Slice and dice small.
Melt butter in skillet, add diced onions, saute a few minutes. Next add grated carrots, saute a couple more minutes, add garlic and continue to cook a couple of minutes.

Add this mixture to diced cabbage (in a bowl). When slightly cooled, add egg and seasonings. Stir. add flour or cornstarch or gf flour.

Now form in to 1 1/2 to 2 inch balls or whatever size you want. Our patties were about 3 inches once flattened into a patty. Fry in oil until browned and crispy.

They served theirs with the above cucumber sauce.

I used a small companys dip packet that was garlic ranch maybe.
