1 lb ground turkey
1 onion (chopped)
1 can black beans
2 cans pinto beans
2 cans Ro-telŪ
1 can corn
3 cans chicken broth
1 pkg taco seasoning
1 pkg ranch dressing seasoning mix
2 Tbsp cilantro (chopped)

corn chips / tortilla strips
Monterrey-jack cheese (shredded)
Directions:
Directions:
Brown turkey with onion in large stew pot
Add beans, Ro-tel, corn, broth, seasonings and cilantro; add water if needed to make 'soupy'

Serve with corn chips / tortilla strips and cheese
