2 C sliced hot links or smoked sausage
1 can diced tomatoes w/green pepper & onion
1 can chicken broth
1 can gold and white corn
1 C uncooked instant rice
Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage In large sauce pan, 4 minutes; drain. Stir in tomatoes; broth and ½ cup water; bring to boil. Stir in corn and rice; cover remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Serve with hot pepper sauce and warm cornbread or biscuits.
